变频调速在离心压缩机喘振控制中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 从喘振产生机理出发找出喘振发生的先决条件。通过对常用喘振控制方法的分析,指出其中的不足,并提出变频调速-旁通回流的喘振控制方法。应用流体机械相似定律及电工学原理,阐明变频调速原理,结合图形论述其控制过程,最后对变频调速—旁通回流方法进行经济性分析,指出变频调速—旁通回流喘振控制方法的科学性和经济性。 In this paper,the pre -condition of surge occurrence is found out from the surge mechanics. Through the analysis on the common method used to control surge,its shortages are pointed out and the new method for controlling surge of varying frequency speed adjustment - bypass back flow is put forward. The similarity theory of fluid machinery and electrotechnics principle are applied to specify the principle of varying frequency speed adjustment and discuss its control process combined with drawings. At last, the economic analysis on the method of varying frequency speed adjustment-bypass back- flow is carried out and the science and economy of this method for controlling surge are pointed out.
