小毂比带前导流器轴流通风机的气动设计

摘要 阐述了小毂比轴流通风机采用变环量流型进行气动设计的必要性。采用的变环量流型为Δcurσ=K,其中指数σ不是任选的,而是通过计算得出。对于P+R级,计算的出发点是:在c1(ur)、c1(ar)及c2(ar)满足通风机理论全压方程、简单径向平衡方程及连续性方程的条件下,通过计算得出指数σ及常数K。推导出c1(ur)、c1(ar)及c2(ar)的计算公式,并列表给出气动设计中气流参数的计算步骤及有关公式。 This paper discusses the necessity of pneumatic design of axial-flow fan with small hub ratio using variable circulation flow pattern.The variable circulation flow pattern used in this paper is Δc u r σ =K.σ, the index, is not a discretional constant, but gained by calculating.As to P+R grade, the starting point of calculation is that σ and K are gained by calculation on the condition of c1u(r),c1a(r) and c2a(r) meeting the need of the total pressure equation of ventilator theory, the simple radial balance equation and the continuity equation.The formula to calculate c1u(r),c1a(r) and c2a(r) is deducted.A table is made to give the calculating process and the concerned formulas of the airflowparameter in the pneumatic design.
