摘要
针对阶梯型焊壳的焊后变形的问题,进行了铆焊工艺改进,最终采取控制焊序和利用反变形的措施,使大型阶梯焊壳水平法兰的变形得到了控制。
According to the problem of deformation of stepped welding casing after welded, the improvement on rivet welding technology is carried out.Finally, the deformation of horizontal flange in stepped welding casing is controlled by controlling welding procedure and adopting anti-deformation measure.
