摘要
为了提高供电可靠性,重要用户变电所均要求具有双回路电源。经了解,许多用户变电所的两回进线与分段开关没有完善的操作闭锁功能,而双电源进入用户变电所后不允许并列。为了解决这个问题,提高设备运行的安全性与灵活性,我设计了一个操作闭锁的回路。
In order to improve reliability of supply, important user substations require double-loop power. After research, the double-loop line and subsection switch of many user substations don’t have mature latching function, while dual-supply of these substations is not allowed to use in parataxis. To solve this problem and improve the safety and flexibility of the equipment, a new operation latching loop is designed.
