摘要
介绍了衢州市某自来水厂的PLC监控系统,对此系统进行了五点电气安全隐患的整改,包括仪表电源、机柜间仪表接地系统、1#～3#井群接地系统、1#井群2#泵振动幅度异常情况和1#、2#水塔液位的电动阀改造。此改造系统已安全稳定运行1年多,表明此项改造很成功。
A waterworks PLC monitoring system is introduced in Quzhou city. Then five electric security potential problems of the system which have been reformed are given in detail, including instrument power, instrumentation grounding system between machine and control cabinet, multi-well grounding system from the first to the third, the unusual vibrating amplitude of the second pump and the electromotive valve upgrade for the first and the second towers’ liquid level. The reformed system has run softly and stably more than one year, which show the project is success.
