稀土永磁同步发电机电辅助复合励磁系统的研究与设计

摘要 稀土永磁同步发电机具有结构简单、效率高等特点,但是在d轴电枢反应的作用下,永磁体的工作点产生动态变化,引起电压调整率要比电励磁发电机的电压调整率大得多。本文研究稀土永磁同步发电机电辅助复合励磁的系统,利用发电机输出端电压作为取样反馈信号,调节电辅助励磁电流,补偿d轴电枢反应。通过典型规格(7.5kVA)的样机实测表明,采用复合励磁的方法可以减小稀土永磁同步发电机电压调整率、提高运行性能。 Rare earth permanent magnet synchronous generator(REPMSG)has characteristics such as simple structure, high efficiency, etc. But, when under the action of the d axis armature reaction, the working point of permanent magnet would change dynamically, thus the voltage regulation rate would be much more than that of the electric magnet excitation generator. This article researches electric assistant hybrid excitation system of REPMSG, designs feedback signal sampling of the generator voltage to adjusts electric assistant excitation current and compensates the action of the d axis armature reaction. With the measurements of sample generator of typical specification (7.5kVA), it shows that the method of electric assistant compound excitation can reduce the voltage regulation rate of REPMSG, raise the running performances.
