摘要 本文首先对大容量超高速双馈变频调速系统应用需求进行了概要介绍;而后对其最简矢量控制算法、循环变流器、双馈电机这三部分进行了仿真研究,得到了理论分析的结果;最后介绍了控制系统联调的结果,根据实验结果,得出其性能可以达到6500MVA短路发电机组性能要求的结论。在国内首次成功实现了6500MVA短路发电机机组的60Hz调速,使我国率先进行了交流60Hz高压电器产品大容量短路试验,填补了我国在这一方面的空白,对国内该领域的科研发展和推广起到了引领和示范作用。 This paper firstly presents the application demand of 4000kW/3600RPM doubly-fed drive system based on field orientation vector algorithm,then the simulation including concise vector control algorithm, cycle-converter, doubly-fed machine and the whole system experiment is done. Finally it draws a conclusion that the performance can be applied to the 6500MVA short-circuit generators according to the experiment results under the typical working condition. The drive system which is firstly developed in China makes a contribution to the wide application in alternating-current 60Hz high power short-circuit test in the future.
