摘要
AIC1783是一种新型的镍氢电池快速充电集成控制芯片。本文在介绍AIC1783的结构和特点的基础上,详细分析了该芯片在控制镍氢电池快速充电过程中的功能,并给出了相关的充电应用电路。该电路结构简单、性能完善,能有效地防止电池过充。
AIC1783 is a new-style fast-charging integrated controller for nickel metal hydride (Ni-MH) battery. On base of introducing the structure and characteristics of AIC1783,this paper detailedly analyses the controller’s functions in the process of controlling fast charging for Ni-MH, and presents interrelated charging circuit. The circuit has a simple structure, perfect performance, and could avoid overcharge availably.
