摘要
我矿使用的MG2×400-W型滚筒式采煤机,长期工作在井下恶劣的环境中,而煤层地质条件变化又比较大,采煤机不同部位不同类型的故障常有发生,严重地制约着矿井的正常生产。为此,对采煤机几个部件的结构进行了技术改进。改进后降低了采煤机的事故率,开机率由原来的72.4%提高到了93.8%。
During the using of MG2×400-W-roller Shearers, because of the long-term working under the adverse environment in shaft, and the various geological conditions in workplace(coal),diverse failures often occur in different part of the shearer. Those failures seriously restrict the production of mine. Therefore, correspondingly, some technical improvements of the component's structure have been done to the Shearer. The modifications reduce the accident rate, and increase the operating rate from 72.4% to 93.8%.
