摘要
根据快速模具材料的特殊性要求,本文讨论了树脂基快速模具材料在不同配比情况下其弯曲强度、冲击韧性、浇注能力、硬度和机械加工性等性能的对比关系,从而得到综合性能最佳的树脂基快速模具材料。
The According to the rapid mold materials' special need, under the different proportioning condition perfor- mances contrast of the epoxy resin mold material was discussed. These performances includes curving intensity, impact tenacity, casting ability, rigidity and mechanical processing etc. From among the performances, the optimal epoxy resin mold material was obtained.
