肢体枪击伤弹道PET显像的动物实验研究

摘要 目的探讨枪击伤创伤弹道的代谢表现。方法制作4只猪左后肢枪击伤创伤弹道模型,1·0ml/kg体重水合氯醛静脉麻醉,采用Seimens ECATHR+PET显像系统,进行全身18F-FDGPET(氟代脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层显像)显像。结果枪击伤创伤弹道PET表现为弹道入口段与出口段均为等代谢影,中间段偏出口侧为膨大显著高代谢影,截面呈类圆形1例,不规则形3例,截面积平均为(33·54±6·32)cm2,长度平均为(4·12±1·56)cm,SUVmean(平均标准摄取值)为21·4~34·8,SUVmax(最大标准摄取值)为41·5~77·3,SUVmean/肝SUVmean为25·59~27·19。结论枪击伤创伤弹道中央葡萄糖代谢明显增高,出入口处为等代谢。 Objective To investigate the characteristics of metabolism in the missile tract caused by gunshot.Methods Four pigs were hanged up and underwent gunshot from a distance of 50 m at the left hind leg where muscles were well-developed.One hour later the pigs were anesthetized,18F fluorodeoxyglucose(18F-FDG) was injected intravenously.Whole-body positron emission tomography was conducted.The mean standard uptake value(SUVmean),maximum SUV(SUVmax) and SUVmean/liver SUVmean were calculated.Results Equal metabolic images were shown at the entrance and exit of wound tracts.A high metabolic image with remarkable 18F-FDG accumulation was found in the central part of wound tract,(33.54±6.32)cm2 in section area and(4.12±1.56)cm in length,that was almost round in 1 case and irregular in 3 cases.The SUVmean was 21.4~34.8,and the SUVmax was 41.5~77.3,and the SUVmean/liver SUVmean was 25.59~27.19.Conclusion Glucose metabolism is increased in the central missile wound tracts,while no change can be found in the entrance and exit of the wound tracts.
