摘要 动脉粥样硬化是机体的炎症损伤修复的结果,存在动脉粥样硬化的人群长期处于一个低度炎症的状态。研究发现C-反应蛋白、血清淀粉样相关蛋白、分泌性磷脂酶A2、纤维蛋白原作为动脉粥样硬化的急性时相反应物,在动脉粥样硬化的早期即可合成增加,加大粥样斑块中的炎症反应过程,促进动脉粥样硬化的发生发展,可作为评价动脉粥样硬化严重程度及预后的无创性的生化指标。 Basic researches since the past decades have identifi ed the importance of inflammation in atherosclerotic process, and people who went through atherosclerosis have been considered in a low grade inflammatory condition. Recent researches focused on the atherosclerotic process found that some acute reactant protein such as C-reactive protein (CRP), serum amyloid protein (SAA), phospholipase A2 (PLA2), f ibrinogen (FIB) could be synthesized by our body in the early stage of atherosclerosis. They may accelerate the inflammatory process in the atherosclerotic plague and exist in all stages of atherosclerosis. As a result, they could be considered as noninvasive biological markers to evaluate the severity of atherosclerosis, as well as prognostic biomarkers in the future cardiovascular events.
