摘要
1 病例资料 患者,女性,16岁,主因'突发头晕头痛7 d'入院.7 d前于活动中突发头晕头痛,伴恶心,呕吐,无视物模糊,无肢体麻木及运动障碍,于当地医院行颅脑CT示:左小脑半球及蚓部出血,四脑室无明显受压(图1),为进一步诊治来我院.……
