高效液相色谱法测定耳聋通窍丸中栀子苷的含量

HPLC Determination of ErlongTongQiao Pills

目的 建立耳聋通窍丸的质量标准.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil(BDS)C18柱,流动相为:甲醇-水(25:75),检测波长为238nm.结果 本法线性范围为0.1004～0.903 6μg,r=0.99 97;平均回收率为99.1%,RSD%=1.44%.结论 方法简便可靠,重复性好,可用于耳聋通窍丸的质量控制.

Objective To establish the assay method of geniposide in ErlongTongQiao pills. Methods HPLC conditions were as follow:Diamonsil BDS C18 Column,the mobile phase was methanol-water(25∶75)the detec-tion wavelength was 238nm. Results The method was linear within the range of 0.1004～0.9036μg with a correlation coefficient of 0.99997.The average recovery was 99.1%,RSD was 1.44%. Conclusion The method was simple real-izable and reproducible,it can be used for quality control of ErlongTongQiao pills.
