应用氨甲喋呤与米非司酮治疗异位妊娠68例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 68 Cases Ectopicgestation Treated with MTX and Ru 486

目的探讨氨甲喋呤(MTX)联合米非司酮(Ru486)治疗异位妊娠的疗效以及疗效与血HCG的关系。方法将68例异位妊娠患者随机分为2组:第1组(MTX+Ru486组):MTX单次肌注50mg/m2后,空腹口服Ru48650mg,每天2次,共3d;第2组(MTX组):单次肌注50mg/m2。定期监测血HCG直至正常。结果第1组治愈率91.18%,血HCG<6000IU/L,治愈率100%;第2组治愈率79.41%,血HCG<6000IU/L,治愈率92.86%,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论第1组治疗异位妊娠效果优于第2组。

Objective To analyze the effect of MTX united with Ru 486 in curing ectopicgestation and the rela-tion between the effect and blood HCG.Methods 68 patients were divided into two groups,the first group:MTX+Ru486 group:after once inject MTX 50mg.square meter,took orally Ru 48650mg,each day 2 times,total 3 days;the sec-ond group:MTX group:once inject 50mg.square meter.timely blood HCG tested until to nomal level.Results The first group:cure rate was 91.18%,blood HCG<6000IU.L,cure rate 100%;the second group:cure rate was 79.41%,blood HCG<6000IU.L,cure rate 92.86%,which had significant difference,P<0.01.Conclusion The effect of the first group was better than the second group.
