摘要
本文简介了目前精确放射治疗技术和设计方法的发展情况,着重介绍了立体定向放射外科系统(stereotactic tadiosurgery system,SRS)的技术特点和设计方法、三维适形放射治疗(3D conforma radiation therapy,3DCRT)系统、强调放射治疗(intensity modulated radiation therapy,IMRT)系统和图象引导下的放射治疗(Image Guided Radio therapy,IGRT)系统的研究现状。最后指出放射治疗的未来发展方向。
This paper first reviewds the development of technology and designing method in stereotactic tadiosurgery system,three dimensional conformal radiation therapy,intensity modulated radiation therapy and image guided radiotherapy.The future development directions in radiation therapy technology are also produced.
