超声冲洗用于根管治疗失败再治疗的研究

The Clinical Study of Applying Ultrasonic Irrigation In Re-treatment the Failure in Endodontic Treatment

目的探讨超声冲洗对根管治疗失败再治疗临床疗效的作用。方法对根管治疗失败再治疗的64颗患牙随机分为A组(超声冲洗组)和B组(注射器冲洗组),常规进行再治疗,1年后复查观察疗效。结果A组患牙临床症状改善率达91.4%,治疗瘘管有效率达100%,根尖阴影有效率达86.2%。B组患牙临床症状改善率达78.1%,治疗瘘管有效率达95.5%,根尖阴影有效率达74.1%。A组和B组临床症状及根尖透射影治疗率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。瘘管治疗率及根充质量无统计学意义。结论根管治疗失败的患牙经过完善的再治疗,仍可得以保存。超声冲洗可以提高再治疗的疗效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ultrasonic irrigation in re-treatment the failure in endodontic treatment. Methods 64 teeth underwent re-treatment were divided into group A (Ultrasonic irrigation )and group B (Syringe irrigation),observed from clinical performance and X - ray one year later. Results The effective rates in group A were 91. 8 % in patients with clinical symptoms, 100 % in teeth with fistula and80. 3 % in teeth with periapical translucent radiogrphe respectively. Compared with that of 78.1 %, 100 % and 73.6 % in Group B respectively. There was significant statistical difference in promote the efficacy of clinical symptoms and periapical lesion in 2 groups,while no difference in quality of root canal filling and fistula.Conclusion The teeth of failure in endodontic treatment may be conserved by the well re-treatment. Ultrsonic irrigation can promote the success rate of retreatment.
