脐血肝功能值与新生儿黄疸关系

目的探讨脐血肝功能值与新生儿黄疸关系。方法分析足月正常新生儿169例,胎儿娩出后采集脐静脉血2ml(不含溶血标本),用偶氮咖啡因比色法测定胆红素,生后2～7d采集股静脉血动态监测血清胆红素。结果169例新生儿中64例(37.9%)发生病理性黄疸,病理性黄疸脐血胆红素均值42.47±14.22,正常29.92±11.69,两者差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论脐血胆红素水平对预测新生儿病理性黄疸有极大价值。
