心得安试验中出现室性心律失常的探讨

Ananlysing the mechanism of cardial arrhythmia by propranolol test

目的探讨室性心律失常在心得安试验中的发生机制。方法对1400例试验分析结果进行回顾分析。结果有3例发生心律失常,占总试验人数的0.21%,均为室性(2例室性早搏,1例非阵发性室性心动过速)。结论口服心得安可引起心律失常且多为室性。其心室复极的变异性更可能反映心室的自主调节水平,对临床有诊断价值和意义。

Objective To investgate the mechanism of ventricular arrhythmia by porpranolol for clinical test.Methods 1 400 cases cardiogram of patients,by porpranolol test were analysed.Results 3 cases show ventricular asshythmia,about 0.21% of all(2 cases ventricular prematurventricular beat,1 case nonparoxysmal tactachycardia).Conclusion Propranolol test may cause all multiventricular arrhythmia.Ventricular repolarization may reflect the autonomic regulation level of ventricles,it is valuable for clinical diagnosis.
