摘要
目的观察破壁灵芝孢子粉对CCL4诱导的大鼠肝纤维化的影响。方法CCL4诱导大鼠肝纤维化动物模型,观察破壁灵芝孢子粉对大鼠肝纤维化形成过程中转化生长因子β1、金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)表达的影响及肝脏组织学变化。结果破壁灵芝孢子粉明显减少肝脏胶原沉积,可以明显降低TGF-β1.TIMP-1的表达(P<0.05)。结论破壁灵芝孢子粉可通过下调TGF -β1、TIMP-1抑制胶原合成及加强胶原分解,从而抑制肝纤维化形成。
Objective To observe the effects of broken wall mythic fungus spore powder on liver fibrotic rats.Methods Liver fibrosis was induced in rats by CCL, administration, and was treated with broken wall mythic fungus spore powder. The expression of transforming growth factorβ1 and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase - 1 (TIMP - 1) and indicators were studied at the end of the experiment. Results Broken wall mythic fungus spore powder suppressd hepatic collagen content; decreased TGF -β1 , TIMP - 1 (P < 0.05). Conclusion Broken wall mythic fungus spore powder probably suppresses liver fibrotic rats by lowering TGF -β1 which suppresses collagen synthesis and TIMP - 1 which enhances collagen decomposition.
