腹腔镜加中草药在治疗不孕症的应用价值

The value of diagnosis and treatment using laparoscopy and herbal drugs on sterility

目的探讨应用腹腔镜加中草药治疗对不孕症的应用价值。方法对240例不孕症患者在腹腔镜直视下诊治,术后辅以中草药口服。结果240例不孕症患者,于术后随访1．5年内, 137例妊娠占58．80％,最短术后3个月,最长术后1．5年,大多数在术后3-6个月,占38．63％,妊娠率高。结论应用腹腔镜诊治加中草药治疗不孕症,创伤小,诊治明确,治疗效果好。

Objective To study the value of laparoscopy and herbal drugs in diagnosis and management of sterility.Methods Two hundreds and forty cases of sterility were treated under laparoscopy,and herbal drugs were carried out.Results After treatment in one and a half years, of all the sterility cases,one hundred and thirty - seven cases were gestation,accounted for 58.80% .The proportion of gestation was high from three to six months after treatment,accounted for 38.63 % . Conclusion The diagnosis and treatment using laparoscopy and herbal drugs on sterility was good with a little hurt,and avoiding the limitations of open pyloromyotomy.
