摘要
目的探讨L-卡尼汀对心肌顿抑的保护作用及机制。方法采用实验性家兔心肌顿抑模型,18只家兔随机分成假手术组(SH组)、缺血/顿抑组(IS组)和L-卡尼汀处理组(LCS组)。开胸结扎兔左冠状动脉前降支20min,然后松扎6h。观察心肌组织中SOD活性和MDA的含量及心肌组织中ATP的含量。结果LCS组心肌组织中SOD活性升高(P<0.01),MDA的含量降低(P<0.01),心肌组织中ATP的含量明显升高(P<0.01)。结论L-卡尼汀可以改善心肌能量代谢,清除氧自由基,对心肌顿抑有良好的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of L-carnitine on myocardium stunning(MS).Methods The model of 18 experimented MS rabbits was set up. We divided the rabbits into sham coperated group(SH group), ischemia stumming group(IS group) and L-carnitine stumming group(LCS group). We oprated the chest and ligatured the left anterior descending(LAD) coronary artery for 20 minutes, then unligatured for 6 hours. We observed the Superoxide Dismutaze(SOD) activity, the content of Malondial Dehyde(MDA) and the content of Ademosine Triphosphate(ATP) in myocardium tissue. Results In LCS group, SOD in myocardium tissue was higher than before(P<0.01).The content of MDA was abated(P<0.01), the content of ATP was obviously higher.Conclusion L-carnitine can improve the energy metabolize in myocardium. It can purge oxyradical, and protect MS perfectly. (P<0.01)
