血清尿酸水平与不同心功能的关系

摘要 目的探讨血清尿酸水平和心功能的关系。方法对180例心血管科住院患者分为急性左心衰(A组)和非急性左心衰,后者按照NYHA分级标准分为心功能Ⅰ级(B组),心功能Ⅱ级(C组),心功能Ⅲ级(D组),心功能Ⅳ级(E组),对各组间的血清尿酸水平进行比较。结果血清尿酸水平为B组<C组<A组<D组<E组,其中B组与D组、E组间有显著差异(P<0.01),C组与D组、E组间有显著差异(P<0.05),各组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论血清尿酸水平与心功能相关,心力衰竭(简称心衰)越重,血清尿酸水平越高。 Objective To investigate the relationship of serum uric acid level and heart function.Methods One hundred and eighty patients were divide into the acute left heart failure (A group) and the non-acute left heart failure, the latter was divide into heart function classⅠ(B group), heart function classⅡ(C group), heart function classⅢ(D group) and heart function classⅣ(E group) by the NYNA graduation standard. Compare each group of serum uric acid level.Results The serum uric acid level is B group <C group <A group <D group <E group. B group has the remarkable difference with D group and E group (P<0.01),C group has remarkable difference with D group and E group (P<0.05).There was no statistics difference with the others (P>0.05).Conclusion The serum uric acid level and the heart function are related. The heart failure get heavier, the serum uric acid level get higher.
