摘要
目的观察稳心颗粒治疗糖尿病患者心律失常的疗效及安全性。方法在常规治疗的基础上,未用或已停服抗心律失常药物至少5个半衰期。给予稳心颗粒每次1包(9g),3次/d,饭后半小时温开水冲服,4周为1个疗程。结果治疗后88·12%的患者症状改善,治疗前后实验室检查及HR、PR间期、QRS波群时限、QT间期变化差异无显著性(P>0·05),治疗前后室性早搏和室上性早搏明显减少,差异有显著性(P<0·01)。结论稳心颗粒治疗糖尿病患者的心律失常疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of Wenxinkeli on arrhythmias in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods On the basis of comprehensive treatment,add Wenxinkeli 1 bag(9.0g),tid,after meal for treatment group.The whole curative period is 4 weeks,Compareing the changes of HR,PR,QRS,QT before and after treatment.Results The effective rate is 88.12%,the changes of HR,PR,QRS,QT before and after treatment are not different significantly(P>0.05).The total number of premature desecrated obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion Wenxinkeli has an effect of anti-arrhythmias in patients with diabetes mellitus and has no side effect.
