氟西汀对脑卒中后抑郁及神经功能康复影响的临床研究

Effect of Fluxetine in the Treatment of Patients with Post-stroke Depression

目的考察氟西汀对脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法将302例脑卒中后抑郁的患者随机分成氟西汀治疗组152例,对照组150例,于治疗前及治疗后,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、神经功能缺损评分(SSS)量表及日常生活能力Barthel指数(BI)量表进行评定、对照研究。结果与对照组相比,治疗组HAMD和SSS评分显著降低、BI评分明显提高(P<0.05)。结论氟西汀治疗脑卒中后抑郁有明显的效果,并可促进脑卒中后神经功能的康复。

Objective To study the effect of flouxetine in treatment of patients with post-stroke depression.Methods 172 post-stroke depression patients wererandomly divided into fluoxetine group 87 cases and control group 85 cases,at the pre-and post-treatment.The effect of treatment was bserved with HAMD,SSS and BI.Results The HAMD and SSS of the fluoxetine group were lower and BI was higher than that lf control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluoxetine is effective in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression,and can recovery nervous function.
