摘要 目的探讨多功能导管在经桡动脉途径冠状动脉造影中的应用经验。方法58例冠心病或疑似冠心病患者中,32例选用多功能导管经桡动脉穿刺行冠脉造影检查术,26例选用常规左、右造影导管行冠脉造影检查术。结果58例患者均经桡动脉进行介入诊疗手术。其中32例选用多功能导管成功经桡动脉途径行冠脉造影检查术,其中2例因右桡动脉穿刺困难改由左桡动脉穿刺成功行介入诊疗手术。26例选用常规左、右造影导管行冠脉造影检查术,其中7例发生桡动脉血管痉挛,经处理后3例改为经股动脉穿刺行介入诊疗手术。结论采用多功能造影导管在经桡动脉途径冠状动脉造影中具备头软、支撑好、柔韧性好特点,术中减少交换导管等步骤从而减少血管并发症,减少手术时间,有利于介入治疗的进行。 Objective To report experience of using multipurpose(MP) catheter for coronary angiography(CAG) in transradial approach.Methods A totoal of 58 patients with CHD or suspected CHD underwent CAG,32 cases were used MP catheter and the rest 26 cases were used Judkins catheter during procedures.Results All 58 cases underwent transradial CAG or PCI.Among the 32 cases of using MP catheter,only 2 cases was accessed through the left radial artery route because of failed right radial artery access.In using Judkins catheter cases, 7 cases developed severe radial artery spasm, and accessed via transfemoral approach.Conclusion MP catheter is universal catheter for CAG.We can use one catheter to perform the left and right CAG,so using MP catheter for CAG may reduce catheter manoeuvre and shorten procedure time and decrease vascular complication.
