动力髋螺钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折

Internal fixation with dynamic hip screw in treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures

目的评价动力髋螺钉(dynamic hip screw,DHS)内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法分析24例通过DHS手术治疗、得到随访的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者。结果平均随访17个月,所有病例骨折顺利愈合,愈合时间平均16周,关节功能恢复良好。结论DHS内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效好、并发症少。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of internal fixation with dynamic hip screw(DHS) for treating elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods A retrospective analysis of 24 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures undergoing treatment was made.Results The cases were followed up for an average of 17 months after operation.Bone fractures of all cases healed over a mean time of 16 weeks, with well-recovered joint functions.Conclusion Internal fixation of DHS possesses good therapeutic effect and less complication for treating elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures.
