临床路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用

The application of clinical pathway for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探索临床路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的实施效果。方法将202例拟行腹腔胆囊切除术的患者随机分成2组,对照组对照组100例实施整体护理,实验组实验组102例在整体护理的基础上实施临床路径,将2组患者的平均住院天数,平均医疗费用,患者满意度及健康知识掌握程度进行比较。结果实验组患者的平均住院天数、医疗费用较对照组明显下降,患者的满意度及健康知识掌握程度有较大幅度的提高(P<0.01)。结论临床路径作为一种科学的护理模式,可合理使用有限的卫生资源,提高工作效率,保证护理质量。

Objective To study the clinic effect of clinical pathway(CP) in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectohmy.Methods 202 patients were randomly divided into test group(n=102) and control group(n=100).Holistic nursing care was applied in control group; both holistic nursing care and clinical pathway were applied in test group.The average days of hospitalization,average costs of hospitalization,degree of the patients’ satisfaction and the apprehension for health knowledge were compared with in two groups.Results The average days and the costs of hospitalization were reduced in test group than that in control group(P<0.01).The degree of the patients’ satisfaction and the apprehension of health knowledge were better in test group than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Clinical pathway may reduce the day of hospitalization and the medical cost,improve the efficiency and quality of care.
