Cdc2基因与细胞周期调控

细胞周期调节是一个复杂过程,近年来这方面的研究取得了很大进展。在酵母中发现的Cdc2基因很重要,它是唯一在2个控制点起作用的cdc基因。本文主要介绍Cdc2分子的结构、作用以及与肿瘤和凋亡等方面的关系。

Cell cycle regulation is complex.Recently,there has been more process in this field.It is found that Cdc2 gene is important for it is the only one which functions at two regulation sites.In the review,the structure,function of Cdc2 and its relationship with tumour and apoptosis will be presented.
