泌尿生殖道支原体培养及药敏结果分析

Detection of mycoplasma cultivated infection of genitourinary course and their antibiotic susceptibility

目的探讨就诊病人支原体感染现状及其药敏情况。方法对妇产科门诊病人257例及泌尿前列腺专科门诊病人89例分别取生殖道分泌物进行支原体培养及药物敏感性试验。结果257例妇产科病人支原体感染率为37.0%,89例泌尿前列腺专科病人感染率为14.60%,经统计学处理,差异显著(χ2=15.39,P<0.01),且Uu+Mh混合感染阳性率明显较高(χ2=8.17,P<0.05)。药物敏感性试验中敏感的前3位依次是交沙霉素(91.7%)、米诺环素(89.9%)、多西环素(85.2%);耐药的前3位依次是环丙沙星(74.1%)、司帕沙星(58.4%)、左氧氟沙星(53.7%);红霉素、罗红霉素和阿奇霉素的耐药性亦较高。结论支原体染患者宜用交沙霉素、米诺环素、多西环素治疗,不宜用氟喹诺酮类药物治疗,治疗前应根据支原体培养及药敏试验结果制定治疗方案。

Objective To find out the mycoplasma infection and the sensitivity of the drug to treat it.Methods Culture and test the sensitivity of 12 antimicrobial to mycoplasma with Reagent Kit of the biological technical production of Zhuhai Langfeng,for the 257 outpatient cases of our hospital gynecology and obstetrics and the 89 outpatient cases of urinary prostate special department.Results The positive rate was 37.0% for the 257 outpatient cases of our hospital gynecology and obstetrics,the positive rate of urinary prostate special department was 14.6%.Go through the handling of statistics,discrepancy very notable(χ2=15.39,P<0.01),just Uu+Mh positive rate obvious higher(χ2=8.17,P<0.05).In disk susceptibility test,before sensitive 3 was Josamycin(91.7%)in proper order,Minocycline(89.9%),Doxycycline(85.2%);endure medicine former 3 was Ciprofloxacin(74.1%)in proper order,Sparfloxacin(58.4%),Levofluxacin(53.7%);Erythromycin,Roxthromycin and Azithromycin endure property of medicine also higher.Conclusion For the patient infected by mycoplasma,we could treat with Josamycin and Minocycline or Doxycycline,could not treat with Fluoroquinolones.Before treating,we should work out treatment scheme according to the result of mycoplasma cultivated and their antibiotic susceptibility.
