多层螺旋CT脑动脉成像的标准体位 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨建立多层螺旋CT脑动脉成像的标准体位。方法对100例临床可疑脑血管病患者进行16层螺旋CT平扫及增强扫描。将所有患者增强图像行MIP、VRT重建,其中30例与同期DSA对照。总结16层螺旋CT脑血管成像不同体位的显示情况,得出脑动脉CTA的统一体位。结果分别定义了4个MIP体位,5个VRT体位,一个局部MIP体位。结论多层螺旋CT脑动脉成像是一种无创、优良的脑动脉检查方法,建立标准体位有利于对脑动脉病变进行评价。 Objective To establish a CT cerebral artery angiography standard orientation.Methods Plain and enhanced scanning of sixteen slice spiral CT was performed in 86 cases.MIP and VR reconstructions were made using enhanced imaging in all cases,among them 30 cases compared to the conventional DSA.The cerebral artery display results of different orientations was summarized and the standard orientations of MIP and VR were given.Results We had set up series of view orientations standaed for 4 reconstruction orientations of MIP images and 5 reconstruction orientations of VR images.Conclusion MSCT cerebral artery angiography is a noninvasive,simple and excellent method.The establishment of MSCT cerebral artery standard orientations will be propitious to more comprehensive evaluation.
