摘要
目的找出香椿治疗糖尿病的机理与微量元素之间的关系。方法原子吸收分光光度法。结果香椿中锌、钙、铁的含量较高,铜/锌比值较低。结论香椿中较高的锌、钙元素含量和较低的铜/锌比值可能与其治疗糖尿病的机理有关。
Objective To find the relation between the principle of Toona Sinensis Roem treating diabetes and trifling elements.Methods Atomic Absorption spectrophotometry.Results The content of zinc calcium and iron in Toona Sinensis Roem is much.The ratio of copper and zinc is little.Conclusion It may relate to treating diabetes that much zinc calcium and little ratio of copper and zinc in Toona Sinensis Roem.
