罗盖全冲击治疗血液透析患者并甲状旁腺机能亢进的疗效和安全性

The curative effect and security of Rocal concussion cure the patient using hemodialysis with the secondary affection of hyperparathyroidism

目的观察口服活性维生素D3冲击治疗甲状旁腺机能亢进的疗效及安全性。方法将入选病例按照全段甲状旁腺parathyroidism hormone(iPTH)水平划分为2组,第1组300pg/ml≤iPTH≤500pg/ml,此组病人罗盖全用3μg,2次/周,第2组iPTH≥500pg/ml。此组病人罗盖全用4μg,2次/周。疗程3个月,根据每个月iPTH化验结果调整罗盖全的剂量。结果显效:83.3%、有效:11.1%、无效:1例占5.6%。总有效率94.4%。安全性:所有病例肝功能正常,无高血钙症,无转移性钙化,无急性心血管事件发生。结论罗盖全口服冲击治疗甲状旁腺机能亢进疗效显著且安全可靠。

Objective To observe The curative effect and security that active vitaminD3 concussion cure the patient using hemodialysis with the secondary affection of hyperparathyroidism.Methods Selected patients be compartmentalized to two groups by parathyroid hormone level.The first group:300 pg/ml≤iPTH≤500 pg/ml.orally rocal 3 μg,twice a week;the second group:iPTH≥500 pg/ml.orally rocal 4 μg twice a week.period of treatment was three months,Redressal the dosage by the result of iPTH level mensal tested.Result obvious effect:83.3%.Results Efficacy:11.1%;inefficacy:5.6%.The rate of overall efficiency:94.4%.Security:no heighten liver function;no heighten blood calcium ;no ambulant calcify;no acutecardiovascular incident.Conclusion Rocal cure hyperparathyroidism curative effect marked,safety and trustiness
