大剂量参附针对机械通气COPD患者胃黏膜pHi值的影响

The Effect of Large Does of Ginseng and Aconite Injecta to the Phi Indexes of Gastric Mucosaes of the COPD Victims with Mechanical Ventilation

目的观察参附针对机械通气患者胃黏膜pHi值的影响。方法选择28例机械通气COPD患者作为研究对象,应用大剂量参附针静脉滴注,分别观察12、24、48、72h的胃黏膜pHi值的变化,并最后统计各组死亡率。结果治疗组患者胃黏膜pHi值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参附针可改善患者pHi值,并能有效降低死亡率。

Objective To observe the effect of Ginseng and Aconite Injecta to the Phi indexes of gastric mucosaes of the COPD victims with mechanical ventilation.Methods The 28 COPD victims with mechanical ventilation,in this hospital,were set as the study object.They were treated by intravenous drip of large does Ginseng and Aconite Injecta and the changes of the Phi index of gastric mucosaes in the 12th,24th,72 th hour were observed,before adding up every group’s fatality.Results The Phi indexs of gastric mucosaes of treatment group were improve obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginseng and Aconite Injecta can improve the victims’ Phi indexes and lower the fatality.
