摘要
目的观察心电监护下静脉补充高浓度钾对重度低钾麻痹的疗效。方法对90例重度低钾麻痹患者采用高浓度(500~800mmol/L)氯化钾溶液以25~40mmol/h的速度,在心电监护下用微泵快速静脉输入。结果90例患者均在5~12h内血钾升至3.5mmol/L,心律失常消失,四肢肌力恢复。5例发生静脉炎,所有病例均未出现严重心律失常。结论心电监护下高浓度静脉补钾治疗重度低钾麻痹疗效好,疗程短,安全可靠。
Objective To observe the effect of high concentration potassium infusion vein to correct severe hypokalemia paralysis under electrocardio monitoring.Methods Ninety severe hypokalemia paralysis cases were treated by our department,they were intravenously infused with 500~800 mmol/L potassium chloride at the speed of 25~40 mmol/h via a peripheral venous route so as to corcect the severe hypokalemia assceinted with muscular paralysis and carrhythmia.Results All of the cases had increased serum potassium level of over 3.5 mmol/L w ithin 5 to 12 hours.The arrhythmia disappeared with improved muscular tone.5 cases had phlebitis.No fatal arrhythmias were observed.Conclusion Under electrocardio monitoring,infuse concentrated potassium for the quick correction of severe hypokalemia paralysis has higher curative effect,shorten course of treatment,and it is safety to use.
