缝匠肌阔筋膜张肌骨瓣移植治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折

The treatment of femoral neck fracture with muscle bone flap of both musculus tensor fasciae latae and musculus sartorious

目的观察缝匠肌阔筋膜张肌骨瓣移植治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法20例(男15例,女5例)患者,骨折切开复位空心加压螺钉或可折螺钉内因定后,取缝匠肌阔筋膜张肌骨瓣植入股骨颈槽内。结果20例骨折全部获得愈合,末见股骨头缺血性坏死。结论青壮年股骨颈骨折采用切开复位内固定,缝匠肌阔筋膜张肌骨瓣移植,可以促进骨折早期愈合,防止股骨头坏死。

Objective To explore the effects of bone grafts with muscular pedicles of both musculus tensor fasciae latae and musculus sartorius in treating femoral neck fracture(TSFFN).Methods Twenty cases(man 15 womam 5)of TSFFN were treated by tail breakable screws or by hollow pressure screws and bone grafts with muscular pedicles bone graft.Results Union was obtained and satisfactory outcome achieved in all the 20 cases,and none of ischemic necrosis of femoral head was found.Conclusion Muscle bone flap of both musculus tensor fasciae latae and musculus sartorious is helpful in Femoral neck fracture,and it can accelerate the union of fracture ana prevent the femoral head necrosis in the adults.
