车前草治疗妊娠水肿30例分析

Analysis of plantain for treating 30 patients with oedema of pregnancy

目的研究车前草治疗妊娠水肿的临床价值。方法对2006年7～9月30例妊娠水肿的孕妇采用车前草泡沸水饮,观察其水肿消退情况及体质量变化。结果80%的孕妇水肿均有不同程度的减轻或消退,无水肿加重,体质量增长值均≤0.5 kg/周。结论车前草治疗妊娠水肿有较好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the effects of plantain on treating oedema of pregnan- cy.Methods 30 patients with oedema of pregnancy drank the liquid with plantain steeped in boiled water from June,2006 to september,2006,The alleviation of oedema and the change of weight were ob- served.Results For 80 percent of the patients,oedema was alleviated at different degrees or disappeared, and their weight gain was not heavier,and 0.5 kilogram per week on average.Conclusion Plantain has ideal effects on treating oedema of pregnancy.
