中西医结合治疗多发性肾结石的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察枸橼酸钾与排石颗粒联合应用与单纯应用排石颗粒治疗多发性肾结石的疗效比较。方法选取门诊多发性肾脏小结石患者85例,随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(40例),治疗组采用中西医结合治疗方法,对照组采用单纯口服排石颗粒,观察两组患者肾结石的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为92.4%,对照组总有效率为77.5%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合综合排石疗法治疗多发性肾脏小结石疗效优于单纯应用中药排石疗法。
