氟西汀与多塞平治疗抑郁症的对照观察

目的评价氟西汀与多塞平治疗抑郁症的疗效与不良反应。方法将76例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别给予氟西汀和多塞平治疗,疗程6周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD),临床疗效总评量表病情严重程度(CGI-SI)、不良反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果氟西汀治疗抑郁症较多塞平好,不良反应少。结论氟西汀是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of Fluoxetine and Doxepine,in the treatment of depression.Methods 76 patients with depression were randomly divided into Fluoxetine and Doxepine group for 6 weeks.The efficaly and side effects were evaluated with Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),clinical global impression severity of illness(CGI-SI),and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).Results Fluoxetine had same efficaly with Doxepine.The side effects of two drugs were less.Conclusion Fluoxetine is a sate and effective antidepressant.
