升结肠癌诱发阑尾炎3例报告

目的探讨升结肠癌诱发阑尾炎的可能性。方法通过所选下列3例升结肠癌并发阑尾炎进行分析。结果具有典型阑尾炎的症状、体征而行阑尾手术时,术中发现升结肠明显扩张、充血、水肿等情况,应探查其他肠管有无病变,以防漏诊。结论向肠腔内生长的升结肠癌可能诱发阑尾炎。

Objective To investigate the possibility of ascending colon carcinoma inducing appendicitis.Methods 3 cases of ascending colon carcinoma were analyzed in a retrospective study.Results If colon dilation,congestion and oedema are observed on appendectomy on patients who have typical typhlitic manifestation,other intestinal canals should be explored in case of missed diagnosis.Conclusion Intracavity ascending colon carcinoma may induce appendicitis.
