步长胆石利通片治疗胆石症的临床研究

The clinical study of cholelithiasis in therapy with buchang danshilitong tablets

目的评估胆石利通片治疗胆石症的临床疗效。方法200例胆石症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用口服步长胆石利通片,6片/次(0.45g×6),3次/d,疗程3个月;对照组采用口服熊去氧胆酸(UDCA),8～10mg/(kg.d),早晚进餐时分次口服,疗程6个月。结果研究组总显效率、总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。步长胆石利通片具有较强的溶石排石作用,对胆总管结石、泥沙型结石及肝内胆管结石、小结石尤为显著,具有明显缓解或消除疼痛、减轻纳差等作用,未发现不良反应。结论步长胆石利通片是目前治疗胆石症较为理想的中成药。

Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of cholelithiasis in therapy with Buchang Danshilitong tablets.Methods 200 patients with cholelithiasis were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group were received with Buchang Danshilitong tablets in oral,6 tablets every time(0.45 g×6),3 times every day in oral,the course of treatment were three months.The control group were taken with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Tablets(UDCA)8～10 mg/kg every day,at the time of dinner in morning and night in oral,the course were 6 months.there were no side effects,it was better than UDCA.Results The total rate of clinical efficacy in study group were better than in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Buchang Danshilitong tablets were very effective in treatment with all kinds of cholelithiasis.There were no side effects.It was a good traditional Chinese medicine in therapeutic cholelithiasis.
