小剂量美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的远期临床观察

Clinical survey of low-dose metoprolol in chronic heart failure

目的探讨小剂量美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效及安全性。方法将36例CHF患者随机分为两组,对照组常规给予抗心衰治疗,包括强心剂、利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI);治疗组加服小剂量美托洛尔,随访时间均为2年。结果疗程结束时,治疗组心胸比率与治疗前和对照组比较均呈明显缩小(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组左室射血分数(LVEF)与治疗前相比均明显增加(P<0.05)。结论小剂量美托洛尔长期治疗CHF有效、安全。

Objective To invetigate the curative effect and security of low-dose metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 36 patients with CHF with routine therapy including digoxin,diureties and ACEI were divided randomly into metoprolol group and control group for two years flow up period.The first Dose was 6.25 mg and the subsequent dose was added with 12.5 mg every week.Results The heart function improved significantly after metoprolol therapy and the total efficiency rate reached 88.89%,heart rate deceased obviously(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction of metoprolol group and control group after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Heart-chest ratis of metoprolol group was smaller than that of control group and before treatment(P<0.05).No mortality existed.Conclusion low-dose metoprolol is effective and safer in treating CHF.
