摘要
目的建立化痰平喘片中黄芩苷的质量标准。方法采用HPLC法对化痰平喘片中黄芩苷进行含量测定,以C18化学键合硅胶为固定相,以甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2);检测波长为280nm。结果平均回收率为98.6%。RSD%为0.95%结论该方法可靠,操作简便,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish quality standard for baicalin in Huatanpingchuan Tablets.Methods Baicalin in HuaTanPingCHuan Tablets was determinationBy HPLC with C18 column and methol-H2O-H3PO4(47∶53∶0.2)as the mobile phase.The detective wavelength was 280 nm.Results The average recocery rate and RSD were 98.6%and0.95%,respectively.Conclusion The results are simple with good reproduction,and the method can be used for puality control of the Huatanpingchuan Tablets.
