丹红注射液联合低分子肝素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨丹红注射液联合低分子肝素(LMWH)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法选择122例COPD患者随机分为两组:治疗组62例,对照组60例。治疗组予丹红注射液20ml加入5%葡萄糖或0·9%生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程14d,1d后联用低分子肝素2500U皮下注射,2次/d共5d。结果治疗组的患者口唇指端、趾端,发绀较对照组明显减轻。动脉血的氧分压(PaO2)升高、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)降低;血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞数(RBC)均较对照组减少。结论丹红注射液联合低分子肝素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的继发性红细胞增多症,疗效好、安全、方便,经济。 Objective To observe the curate effect of danhong injection with LMWH to treat patients with COPD.Methods The datas of 122 patients of COPD were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(n=62) was treated with danhong injection(20 ml,iv drip per day,for 2 weeks and was given 2 500 U of LMWH in bid for five days),60 patients of COPD were randomized as control.Results PaCO2,RBC,Hb and hypoxemia of the patients in the treatment group were lower obvious than that in the control group,PaO2 was elevated.Conclusion Danhong injection with LMWH can improve the effects on COPD patients with secondary polycythemia and better compliance,safe and convenient.
