芒硝腹壁外敷治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎疗效观察

Obsever the therpy effects of applying mirabiliteon the abdominal wall for treatment the acute biliary pancretitis

目的观察芒硝腹壁外敷治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎的疗效。方法治疗组31例,在传统非手术治疗方法基础上,同时加用中药芒硝腹壁外敷;对照组30例,应用传统西药一般治疗。结果治疗组总有效率96.8%,对照组86.7%。两组比较在降低体温,缓解腹痛、腹胀,控制感染,促进腹腔渗液的吸收等方面治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芒硝辅助治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎安全、有效、费用低廉。

Objective To obsever the therpy effects of mirabilite on the abdominal wall for treatment the acute biliary pancretitis.Methods Treatment group had 31 cases,in which all were treated according the traditional method expect operation Added to applying mirabilite on the abdominal wall.The obsevering group had 30 cases,also were treated the traditional method,but no applying mirabilite on the abdominal wall.Results The teament group's effective rate was 96.8%,the obsevering group's effective rate was 86.7%.Comparing 2 group's with effective rate,it showed out notable difference.Conclusion Applying mirabitite on the abdomi-nal wall is one safety andeffective way to treat acute biliary pancretitis.
