糖尿病患者绝经前后脂蛋白LP(a)及血脂水平分析

Analysis of LP(a) and blood-lipid before and after menopause of diabetes patients

目的观察糖尿病患者绝经前后血清脂蛋白〔LP(a)〕及血脂含量变化。方法糖尿病患者69例均为女性,分为绝经前组、绝经后组。测定晨起空腹静脉血中脂蛋白〔LP(a)〕、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),将各指标与健康对照组、糖尿病绝经前、绝经后组比较。结果糖尿病组LP(a)、TC、TG、LDL-C均高于对照组,HDL-C、HDL-C/TC低于对照组,绝经后组LP(a)、TC、HDL-C高于绝经前组,HDL/TC低于绝经前组。结论女性糖尿病患者绝经后血清LP(a)、TC、LDL-C增高,HDL-C/TC较绝经前降低。

Objective To observe the change of LP(a) and blood-lipid of female diabetes patients before and after menopause.Methods 69 female patients with diabetes were divided into two groups:before menopause group and after menopause group.The level of LP(a),total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) of venous blood before breakfast were measured,and then compared with the indexes of normal control group and between female diabetes patients before and after menopause.Results LP(a),TC,TG,and LDL-C in the diabetes group were all higher,but the HDL-C,HDL-C/TC lower than those of normal group.The LP(a),TC and LDL-C of the group after menopause were higher,but HDL/TC was lower than those of the group before menopause.Conclusion After menopause, LP(a),TC and LDL-C in serum of female patients with diabetes will increase and HDL-C/TC will decrease.
