针刺配合火针治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效观察

目的比较针刺配合火针与常规取穴针刺治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效差异。方法将76例患者随机分为两组,治疗组42例,采取针刺配合火针的方法。对照组34例,采取常规针刺方法,经1个疗程治疗后,比较两组患者症状和体征改变情况。结果治疗组有效率为92.9%,优于对照组的76.5%(P<0.01)。结论针刺配合火针治疗肱骨外上髁炎优于常规取穴针刺治疗。

Objective To compare the fire with acupuncture needle acupuncture with conventional treatment acupoints on the lateral condyle on the effect of differences. Methods 76 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group, 42 cases taken fire with acupuncture needle method.
