摘要
目的观察通络颗粒的活血化淤作用。方法高分子右旋糖酐静脉滴注造成家兔血淤模型,观察通络颗粒对血淤模型家兔血黏度、血小板聚集、血栓形成的影响。结果通络颗粒明显降低血淤家兔血黏度、抑制血小板聚集和体外血栓形成。结论通络颗粒具有明显活血化淤作用。
Objective To observe the effects of the Tongluo granules on blood stasis model of rabbit induced by macromolecule dextran. Methods The blood Stasis Model of Rabbit were induced by macromolecule dextran injected intravenously, and to observe the effects of the Tongluo granules on blood viscosity, platelet aggregation and thrombosis of the model. Results The Tongluo granules could reduce obviously the blood viscosity,inhibit platelet aggregation and reduce thrombosis of the model. Conclusion The Tongluo granules could promote blood circulation to dispel blood stasis.
