无创呼吸机在急性左心衰竭中的应用

The curative effect on acute left heart failure with BiPAP breathing machine

目的评价双水平正压无创通气(BiPAP)救治急性左心衰竭的临床疗效。方法对42例急性左心衰竭患者,在常规药物抗心衰治疗基础上联用BiPAP呼吸机面罩正压通气治疗,测定动脉血pH、PaO2、SaO2、PaCO2,观察血压、心率、呼吸及临床症状,并进行相关分析。同时与42例常规药物治疗组相对照。结果治疗组显效率为47.62%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且总有效率为78.57%,明显高于对照组的38.10%(P<0.05)。结论急性左心衰竭患者同时应用呼吸机结合常规药物治疗较之单纯药物治疗效果显著,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of bi-level positive airway pressure for acute left heart failure.Methods 42 patients with acute left heart failure were received therapy in combination with bi-level positive airway pressure and traditional treatment,and compared the curative effect with those of 42 cases of acute left heart failure with traditional treatment.Results bi-level positive airway pressure can increase the rate of excellence and effective power on the curative effect of acute left heart failure (P<0.05 vs control group).Conclusion It is suggested that the approach on therapy in combination with bi-level positive airway pressure and traditional treatment has a good effect for the patients with acute left heart failure.
