摘要
目的观察中西医结合促宫颈成熟与引产临床疗效。方法将有引产指征的足月妊娠孕妇115例随机分成两组,研究组60例,给予催产汤每天水煎1剂,液体约为250～300ml,分早、晚2次服。对照组55例仅给予对症支持治疗;有产科指征后予催产素2.5U加入5%葡萄糖液500ml中静脉滴注,根据宫缩情况调节速度,直至调出有效宫缩;比较两组引产成功率、宫颈口扩张速率、产程时间、剖宫产率、孕妇分娩情况和胎儿情况。结果①研究组宫颈促成熟和引产成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组用药后宫颈口平均扩张2.75cm/h,对照组为2.27cm/h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组产妇活跃期时间明显缩短(P<0.05);④研究组剖宫产率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合用于足月妊娠引产安全有效,对母儿无明显不良影响,用药安全简便,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of artificial labor with integrated traditional and western medicine.Methods 115 cases of uterogestationwere analyzed retrospectively.The curative effects of two kinds of treatment were compared.Results compared with control group,research group elevated achievement ratio of artificial labor and cervix mature(P<0.01 ),increased the broaden velocity of cervix trema(P<0.05);and reduced the rate of uterine-incision delivery(P<0.01),as well as reduced the active phase(P<0.05).Conclusion The associated treatment of integrated traditional and western medicine is a safe and effective method for artificial labor,and can be adoptd widely in the clinic healing
